All Kitchen and Bath Products items include free shipping for all 48 contiguous states; this does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Guam. These states are subject to special shipping arrangements and additional shipping fees.
All orders are sent via Fed-Ex or Common Carrier and are drop shipped from our facility or go directly to you from the manufacturer. In the event that an item is returned the refund will fall under our return policy and the buyer will be required to pay back the shipping fees. The shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. In no case shall the shipping fee refund or exchange fee be waived unless it is due the error of KitchenandBathProducts.com incorrectly shipping the wrong item or the item is damaged. Shipping Damages:
While we try to for-see any possible problems that could occur, there are those items that we cannot. One of those is that of shipping damages. While receiving your goods from our carrier (Fedex commonly) please inspect the box upon delivery and if it is suspect in any way simply REFUSE the goods and we will have a replacement shipped immediately without further cost to you. If the order has been confirmed but not shipped simply email us or call us and we will gladly refund your money. If your item is shipped please refer to our return policy. Return Policy:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product kindly return the merchandise NEW and UNUSED in its original packing box within 30 days of shipping and we gladly refund your purchase less a 25% restocking fee, and shipping fees. Before sending back your shipment a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved, by calling our offices, NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE REFUNDED UNLESS THIS RMA IS APPROVED.
If within 30 days of purchase your shipped merchandise proves to be defective, it must also follow RMA guidelines as listed in our return policy. Upon RMA issuance we will have the merchandise picked up at our expense and a replacement of that item will be shipped immediately with no expense associated with return shipping.
Upon receiving your merchandise we ask that you simply open your box (carefully) and inspect your purchase. If there is any problem whatsoever please do not hesitate to call us and we will fix it without fail.
